Please note that shipping delays might occur due to increased volumes in connection with COVID-19. We ask for your patience as we are unable to do anything to speed up the deliveries. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days after the order has been confirmed, excluding holidays and weekends. Please add the dispatch time to the shipping estimates below.

Israel	2-5 business days, $9.90/order (FREE ABOVE $100)
Europe	5-10 business days, $14.90/order (FREE ABOVE $300)
USA	5-10 business days, $14.90/order (FREE ABOVE $300)

* Orders with "Made to Order" items the delivery time is 3-4 weeks.

We will ship to most countries overseas. Please note that customers outside Israel are responsible for any duty or customs fees which may be collected upon the delivery of your package.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

Inside Israel:
Exchange within 14 days of purchase. 
Cancellation within 48 hours from receiving the delivery.

International: 
Exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Cancellation within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. For making the exchange, contact us by email before sending back the original item. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
