RETURNING & EXCHANGING

Returning or exchanging your order

You can return or exchange your items within 14 days from the date you received your order. The returned items must still be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Shipping costs will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the return shipping costs.

To return or exchange items, please send an email to info@vagueblack.com with the order number as the topic. We will forward you detailed instructions on how to return/exchange the items.

Refunds

Financial refunds for returns shall include only the amount paid for the products. The refund can be made only to the same payment method in which the order has been placed. Financial credits will be processed within 10 business days from receiving the returned item.
